What a weird day. I slept in again. It was good. My mile walk was done in full sunlight.

I’ve felt kind of ill all day, though I’m not sure I’m ill. Definitely bloated. Most likely due to PMSing.

My car started this afternoon, and I returned my neighbor’s charger with thanks. That meant I got to get some pets on his dog, though I didn’t let her lick my face. She always wants to lick my face.

I got the work done that I needed to get done this weekend. It turned out to be easier to do than what I’d built it up to be. That’s pretty usual. I build tasks up as impossible, but once I get started they’re not only possible but somewhat easy.

I’ve been tired and sore all day. I didn’t think I was working that hard. There’s especially stiffness around my neck and shoulders, and a bit of a headache that doesn’t feel like my normal headaches. Which is good, this headache isn’t terrible. I was able to trike into town and return the library book that I realized I’m just not going to be able to finish at this time in my life.

I got my microphone last Thursday, so I decided to finally record my song, “The Smell of Coffee.” I recorded each verse as a short, and I’ll release one per day until I’m done. Here’s the first one.

I have to go back to the doctor’s office tomorrow for a blood draw. They took one when I was in last week, but the lab mixed up or messed up the sample so they need another to complete the tests they wanted to run. A neighbor will give me a ride during my lunch hour. I should probably mention the dog bite to them, though that might delay my return. Maybe they can do some extra tests on the blood.

The bite doesn’t look bad, so it would just be an excess of caution. And I would think that if there was a chance the dog were rabid that the sheriff’s office would reach out. Or the owners. If I get rabies, then someone will definitely have to sue.

Pleasant thoughts to end my Sunday night. I still need to do some exercises. I think I’ll do breathing. That will calm me down and help get me ready for sleep.
