I woke up tired again. I thought I’d gotten eight hours at least, but maybe I’m just not getting quality sleep.
I do feel … more myself than I did in September when I was here last. It’s good to come back here and feel that difference.
I spent most of today with my dad, walking around downtown Chicago. We checked out the Christkindlemarket, walked around Macy’s, got lunch, swung by the Chicago Cultural Center dance Millennium Park.
I got a lot of steps in today and it felt good. My dad said his feet were aching, but mine didn’t feel too bad. I’m glad to be feeling like I have more stamina again, though there were times during the day when I felt kind of faint, and some of the stair climbing made my legs feel a bit like jelly.
My brother is back from his work trip, so I got to spend the evening with him. We watched comedy together, and I got my Move U exercises done.
I hope I can stop feeling so tired before it’s time to go home. But I’m able now to push through the tired and the stomach pain so that I can spend time with my family.
