I lingered in bed again. I decided that it’s okay to let myself rest. But I think I need to do it differently going forward. I think lingering in bed like I’ve been doing delays food and drink too long in the morning. And then I’m all off kilter.
The inversion went away. I saw the sun today. It was mostly through clouds, but there was some real sunshine, too.
I walked four laps around my property. I didn’t take my phone, so I’m not sure exactly how far it was, but roughly two miles. Felt good to walk on the uneven ground. I stopped by one of my trees and hugged it. It felt surprisingly comforting to hug the small tree, and cry. I could hold it as tight as I wanted for as long as I wanted.
I’ve had a headache since last night. I suspect it’s because on Saturday morning, I hardly ate or drank anything. If I get dehydrated, then I tend to get backed up and I know that can lead to a headache. Plus the inversion going away means the barometric pressure changed, which can also lead to a headache.
I did a set of exercises from the third week of Hips & Glutes level 1 to review. One more review day, and then I’ll be trying to start level 2. I’ve got to do laundry tomorrow. Or sometime this week. I need to pack for Chicago. I’m going to spend Friday night with a friend in Boise so that I’ll be close to the airport on Saturday.
I hope this headache goes away overnight.
I’ve sliced up some Spam to cook this week. That’s not a whole meal, but it’s something to get me started in the kitchen.
I’m going to go to bed early tonight.
