An interesting morning. I woke up a bit before 5, but didn’t get up until about 20 to 6. I meditated in my way. It was good for my mental health.
The rain had stopped when I went for my walk. Just a few drops managed to find me in the dark. I had a really good pace. It would have been under the 20 minute mile pace if I hadn’t paused near the beginning to look at a kitty.
I was able to get some good work done this morning. I ended up being a couple minutes late for my hair appointment, but it wasn’t too bad. My hair is nice and short again. I’ve got fuzzies and it feels so good. On the way home, I saw a box on my mailbox, so I stopped to pick my mail up. Good thing it wasn’t raining. The day was actually quite beautiful today.

After work, I got right to making my pizza. I wanted to get to the hot springs on time without eating in too much of a rush. I’m definitely going to keep this tortilla pizza in the rotation regularly. Much easier for me than a normal pizza, and a lot healthier with all the veggies I’m piling on it, plus a whole wheat “crust.”
It was still light when I got to the hot springs. The seasons are turning. I read for a while, but then one my fellow regulars showed up. We got to chatting. I shared my website and he showed me some pictures of other hot springs around Idaho that he’s been to. I’m going to have to check some of them out. I didn’t quite stay until closing, but I got close.
It was nice to have that conversation and share my blog. I smiled all the way home. I wonder how I can share my blog with more people. Share my writing and my photos. I may need to print up some more business cards. Maybe with a QR code. And get some books into the local coffee shop for sale. Put myself out there, slowly but surely…
