I chose to stay in bed a bit late today. Just spending some time with myself in the bed without thinking or worrying about anything. My dreams hadn’t stuck around in my memories. Tomorrow I’ll get up and run, but it was nice to stay in bed a bit late.

It was supposed to rain today, and it did, a bit. I missed out on the storms that went through Boise. My co-workers commented on some thunder that they both heard, despite living pretty far apart from each other in Boise. I saw some cool cloud formations, but got no more than a spattering of rain.

With the way my schedule is this summer, I’m going to once a month therapy by default. I mean, if I feel like I need support, I can always send her a message and get something on the schedule. But I think the more I get outside, the less I’ll need that support. I’m looking forward to my trips this summer. I’ve got three multi-night backpacking trips scheduled for the summer; two in July and one in August. I might do another one over the Labor Day weekend, but I haven’t decided on that for certain yet. It might be nice to do some exploring around the Hells Canyon area.

I’m keeping up with things like dishes and laundry. I’m eating, though I’m not doing a lot of cooking. I could be eating healthier, but I’m definitely eating sufficiently. I’m feeling a bit better about taking things as they come. Trusting that I will know the answers when the questions arrive. There’s no need to worry at the questions before they’ve been asked.

I had a good soak at the hot springs after work. And I did the next set of exercises in the manual for Shoulders & Arms level 2 when I got home. Tomorrow morning I’ll be doing the zig-zag 2 mile route. It’s a bit easier in that I don’t have to run up the whole hill at once; I get a little break at the mailbox. And then I’ll do exercises at lunch and rather than mowing after work, I think I’ll do some hoeing and rock removal because I want to watch the next game of the Stanley Cup Finals. Plus the section I want to do can probably be skipped with the mower if I hoe it instead. Not a lot growing there at the moment.
