Lots of dreams last night. Maybe that’s why I woke up feeling so tired. I’m planning a trip to Boise this weekend for an author event. I hope I’ll have the energy to get that done. I’m also looking at getting a flu shot this weekend and I need to figure out if that’s going to be Saturday before the event or Sunday after it.

I was solo today at work. I had to pivot from doing the things I’d planned on doing to doing the daily tasks, which sucked up most of my day. Except for the meetings in the afternoon.

I did some ankle focused exercises for my Move U exercises during the lunch hour. It was a nice change of pace from breathing and spinal oscillations. I want to do more. So much more. I want to start running again. And hiking up mountains. And I can’t do that yet. Another couple weeks before I’m allowed to do that.

My body feels like it’s adjusting to the increase in my fiber intake. I’m trying to eat healthy. And the way that I do that is planning out my meals for the week. Except every meal is the same. I tried my overnight oats for a morning snack. I think I know why the recipes I found indicated water instead of milk. Water does not make for a nice texture in the oats. I’m going to try a splash of milk this time.

I’m feeling down. So tired. I wish I could get enough sleep.
