The wind got pretty fierce last night, and it rained overnight, a lot. I was thinking about my new tree. The stake had been holding when I checked last night, but would it still be that way in the morning? It was. I am glad that I staked it.
I did Move U Office Hours during my lunch break. We were working on shoulders a lot and I think I explored some of the end ranges of my motion and that triggered a migraine. I did go to the hot springs in the evening, but that didn’t offer any relief.
It was drizzling at the hot springs. And apparently the big pool was almost as hot as the hot tub, though I stayed in the hot tub my whole time. There were other people there, but not a big crowd. About usual for a Wednesday night.
